Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely place your jewelry in its original NOGU gift box and protective mailer to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
